Shipping
All shipping is done through FedEX Priority Overnight mail through http://www.reptilesexpress.com/ within the continental United States. Shipping prices are not included in the price of the animal and will vary depending on where you are located. Please email us to receive a quote for shipping costs. We ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays (excluding holidays) with next day arrival. The shipping date will be worked out prior to shipping to ensure that an adult is home to receive the package. For the safety of the animal we will not ship animals if the temperature is above 90 degrees or below 40 degrees (we reserve the right to postpone shipment due to weather conditions). Heat packs and cold packs will be used when we deem necessary. We will not be held responsible for carrier related issues. Local pick up at our residence is always welcome, please call us to arrange a time to come out and visit. When picking up an animal directly from us you will pay for the animal less the added shipping cost.
Arrival/Health Guarantee
The animals we breed are healthy and are fed very well. All our animals have a seven day health guarantee. If within those seven days you believe your new animal is unhealthy, you must contact us right away. A replacement/refund will be made at our discretion. Shipping cost is buyer’s responsibilities and will not be refunded. In the rare case of DOA (dead on arrival) you MUST notify us about the situation within 2 hours of receiving the shipment. We reserve the right to have you as the buyer ship back the animal to us at your expense or provide us with adequate pictures for proof of death.
For local pickups directly from our home. If you believe your animal is unhealthy you must notify us immediately to let us know of the circumstances. If the animal passes before the seven day health guarantee, you have 2 hours with in the time that it passes to contact us and 12 hours to return the body to us for a replacement/refund to be issued. If we deem that the death was because of buyers neglect we will not issue a refund/replacement.

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. We currently only take payments through PayPal.
